I was wondering what type of upperbody muscle is best for a runningback or wide receiver in football. Are bigger, bulkier, less defined muscles best, or are smaller more ripped muscles better. I usually do 75 reps of a weight amout for biceps and tricpeps, usually 6x 12. Is this good?
